1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Got To Go Maldives platform ("Platform"), including our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. About Our Platform

Got To Go Maldives provides an online marketplace that connects travelers ("Guests") with local accommodation providers and activity operators ("Hosts") in the Maldives. We facilitate bookings but do not own, manage, or control the properties or activities listed on our Platform.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Host.
• Prices are displayed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) or US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed at the time of booking through our secure payment system.
• Got To Go Maldives charges a service fee to both Guests and Hosts, which is displayed before booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by listing and are set by individual Hosts. Please review the cancellation policy for each listing before completing your booking. For details, see our Cancellation Policy.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Treat Host properties with respect and care.
• Follow house rules set by the Host.
• Comply with local laws and customs of the Maldives during your stay.
• Provide accurate guest information, including passport details when required.
• Report any issues with the property or activity promptly through our Platform.

7. Host Responsibilities

• Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing for listings.
• Maintain properties to the standards described in listings.
• Respond to booking requests and guest inquiries promptly.
• Comply with all local regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.
• Complete KYC verification as required by our platform policies.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Creating fake accounts or listings.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
• Circumventing our payment system by arranging direct payments outside the Platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access our Platform without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of Got To Go Maldives or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Got To Go Maldives acts as an intermediary between Guests and Hosts. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of accommodations, activities, or services booked through our Platform. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected for the relevant booking.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Guest and Host, we encourage both parties to resolve the matter through our Platform messaging system. Got To Go Maldives may mediate disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
